Today, I propose you to talk about spots and more precisely about acne. I read this week-end that around 45% of adult women suffer from acne; so I thought it might be a good thing to write this post that I had in mind for a long time… I had the occasion to test A-Derma Phys-Ac range, intended for the care of acne-prone skins and which is manufactured in France. Determined to make the test, I gave all the products to a very interested person.
This is a range of daily care products, so this is not a rescue plan, like Oh my God, I have spots everywhere!
The person who made the test for me made a roaccutane treatment, so she has less acne than in the past, but she still complains about spots, especially during stress and exhaustion periods.
Phys-Ac range: manual:
This range of products for acne-prone skin is made of 4 products:
– purifying foaming gel : to use in the evening to cleanse skin
– purifying micellar water: to use in the morning to remove sebum excess
– severe blemish care: apply on cleansed face in the morning and/ or evening
– compensatig cream: soothes the skin during drying treatments
Gamme Phys-Ac, conclusion:
In addition to the attractive value for money, my little guinea pig noticed a clear improvement of his skin conditions after a few weeks of use: a feeling of cleaner skin, but not pickled on the contrary. However, cosmetics could not prevent a tretter after a period of stress and fatigue.
But nothing new obviously! Cosmetics are allied, but they don’t do the job alone: we have to adopt a favorable lifestyle for our skin and health: good sleep, balanced diet, etc…
