Today, I’m happy to show you a 100% made in France outfit ! When I look at the photos, I realise that I mostly wear plain colors. And yet I truly love pattern, but on other people obviously ! Because I have very few pieces. Such a shame: I love Flower Power !It’s the same for the pieces I design for French Cocotte. You know how I realized that ? When I saw clothes installed on the porters at the shows I attended. Well, as far as French Cocotte is concerned, the reason is clear: until now I only used made in France fabrics, but you’ll find very few printed cotton material in France, that’s a shame. So I’m a bit frustrated and I’ll certainly have to buy differently in the future…
But as far as my own clothes are concerned, I have to work on that: buying more flowery, patterned stuffs. It’s so beautiful with plain colors ! It is decided: it will be part of my next resolutions : I’ll keep you posted !
I had a good start with this made in France Heimstone dress. For their spring summer 17 collection, Heimstone manufactured several models in France. One thing: as I ordered the dress, I did not notice it was made of 100% polyester. It’s quite expensive for polyester fabric. Even manufacturers have made progress, I usually nevery buy synthetic material. But as this dress is ample and very notched under the arms, it’s finally not a problem.
What about you : are you rather flower power or plain colors ?!
