First time ever I talk about wedding dresses on the blog! So, I thought it might be nice to give you my selection of made in France wedding dresses for 2016! Talking about wedding dress is a kinda hot debate! I imagined mine during years, I even chose the designer (I know I’m really
psycho passionate!) until I found the One who I could marry and suddenly, nothing, did not think of it anymore ! At least for me, but I still loooooove to admire wedding dresses! And I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who loves it, so I think that this wedding selection might interest you and maybe inspire you!
I had a crush for Elise Hameau dresses: bespoke dresses handmade in her parisian workshop: I love the apparent simplicity of the models combined with delicate details and lace and 20s inspiration. I chose Violette model (see picture above), but I also like Eglantine and Camelia. Price on request.
As I was making research for this post, I discovered Ana Quasoar: here it’s a couture universe, with theatrical dresses. I truly love Sofia dress and its baby-doll spirit, besides short wedding dress is a hot trend! I imagine it with small heels and square end ballerinas. Price on request.
Manon Pascual is located close to Bordeaux. I adored Jacinthe dress and its cut back. The designer also proposes a ready-to-wear wedding collection. Price on request.
I also had a crush for David Purves, as I truly love Haute Couture. Born in Scottland, he collaborated with John Galliano. In his Parisian workshop, he selects the best of French know-how and material. I had a big big crush for Assas model, so modern! Price on request.
As I had a look on Delphine Manivet 2016 collection, I fell in love with short Alexis model (1750€), just perfect. I have to admit that I also hesitate with couture model Eugene (4800€) as I truly love the flared top and long skirt combo which is a hot trend too.
Let’s enter the dream world of Donatelle Godart ! I truly love All is Truth model and it’s transparent delicate back. Price: 3700€
The bride rocks with Etienne Jeanson! I had a real crush for the fully transparent lace model, but I thought it would take guts to assume it in front of your step family. But it’s how Etienne Jeanson’s bride is like: she’s free! But I chose the Louise dress so elegantly and simply perfect. It reminds me some american designers in a way. Price 1275€.
Romanticism and lightness at Jeanne Source whose workshop is located in Luberon. I like the seventies elegance of the Noe combo!
It was truly hard for me to make a choice among 2016 models of Laure de Sagazan as they truly match what I like in terms of wedding dress: 20s twist, and a subtle vintage and modern mix! I finally chose Vigo top and Mirabeau skirt.
And to end up this beautiful selection, let me introduce you Mathilde Marie whom I discovered recently. And I selected Elin top and Nola skirt!
So, I hope you enjoyed my selection of made in France wedding dresses, I had a lot of fun doing it: it was like choosing my dress without worrying about cost and time! And if you have designers to suggest, let us know here!
Have a nice week-end, take care!
